R-Cares, with the assistance of good will Ambassadors will visit educational, religious, and civic, sites to provide benefit and resource information, legislative updates, counseling, scholarships for IDD individuals, and a shot of good will.

R-Cares will provide annual scholarships to assist IDD individuals pursue their dreams and achieve their goals.

R-Cares is dedicated to outreach and research in minority and other underserved communities for IDD individuals who do not have the infrastructure of family, friends, or financial security.
